Before your appointment
How should I prepare?
Be thoughtful and thorough in your intake form. Homeopathy requires the homeopath to work as a bit of a detective, and remedies are chosen based on the entire picture of the person rather than a set of physical symptoms. Details that seem irrelevant to you are often critical in remedy selection.
Where should I take the call?
Many of the questions may feel personal or sensitive, so take your virtual appointment somewhere quiet where you feel free to speak openly. For parents, this may mean arranging care for your children during the appointment.
Should my child join?
If the child is willing, Erin is happy to speak with them for a portion of the appointment. For those old or mature enough, a few minutes speaking with them alone can be helpful, if that is acceptable to you. It is never expected and is entirely an individual decision.
What happens during the appointment?
You may be asked to close your eyes and do a bit of meditative reflection. This allows Erin to ask questions that access some of the deeper emotions behind the physical or emotional pain you or your child is experiencing, and to take a more intuitive approach to her recommendations.
Can I email between appointments?
Yes. Erin welcomes emails for quick questions or follow-up stories and replies as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

No. Remedies are purchased by you from a reliable dispensary Erin will recommend. They are inexpensive, typically $6 to $13 for a supply that should last the duration of the recommended time frame.
