Where the training stops

The label does not describe the case. It merely provides direction in your case-taking.
Foundational homeopathy training prepares you for a person who can describe what is happening to them. It gives you physicals, it gives you constitutional prescribing, and it gives you posology.
Then a seven-year-old with PANS arrives. She has been on three rounds of antibiotics, two psychiatric medications and a gluten-free diet. Her mother has a binder filled with symptoms both past and current. The child will not look at you and cannot tell you where it hurts. Four diagnoses overlap in one small body and every symptom you note contradicts the previous remedy.

Your instructor
Erin Paige, HHP
Erin established the first online forum for parents searching for non-traditional treatments for PANS/PANDAS in 2012, called Saving Our Pandas. At the time the conventional treatments were extremely invasive, cost prohibitive and only moderately successful.
When her own son experienced a dramatic improvement with homeopathy, Erin began to study homeopathy with the School of Intuitive Homeopathy and the Centre for Homeopathic Education to deepen her knowledge and treat her own child. In the process she discovered the PANS and autism communities were seriously lacking in knowledgeable homeopaths treating these devastating diagnoses, and in 2020 she officially opened her practice, Heartwing Healing.
She has acted as co-executive director for AutismOne, has authored Mind Over Fatter: The Secret to Thinking Yourself Thin, and has attended countless conferences including MAPS and AutismHealth Summit. She currently mentors emerging homeopaths across the globe through the RMDY Academy, and speaks with doctors, advocates and natural health pioneers on her podcast, The Remedy Revolution. Her newest book is set to release in the Fall of 2026.
Her practice, Heartwing Healing, specializes in neuroimmune conditions: PANS/PANDAS, autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, Lyme disease and vaccine injury.
