Program Terms
The terms you agree to when you enroll in the one-year professional program. Please read all three sections before submitting your application.

In these documents, "the program" means Complex, Pediatric & Chronic Cases with Advanced Homeopathy. "The instructor" means Erin Paige, HHP. "You" means the person applying for or enrolled in the program.
One
Terms of Enrollment
1. What the program is
The program is a one-year course of professional education for practitioners. It comprises twenty-two lectures of two hours each and twelve live case-taking sessions of three hours each. It begins in March 2027 and runs through the end of that year. The instructor holds limited office hours for questions through February 2028.
Sessions are delivered online. Most fall on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays between 3:00 and 6:00 PM Central.
2. Who may enroll
The program is open to practitioners who have completed foundational training in homeopathy or a parallel discipline such as naturopathy, nursing, health coaching or Chinese medicine.
If your training did not include homeopathy, you may still be accepted on the condition that you complete parallel coursework in homeopathic history, posology, miasms and acute prescribing alongside the first months of the program. Acceptance on that basis is at the instructor's discretion.
3. Application and acceptance
Places are limited. Every application is reviewed personally by the instructor. There is no sales call.
Payment is not taken at application. Payment is requested only once you have been accepted.
Acceptance does not hold your place. Your place is confirmed only once payment is received. Accepted applicants are given a stated window in which to enroll, after which the place is released to the next applicant.
4. Tuition
Tuition is $5,500 for applicants enrolling on or before 15 December 2026, and $6,995 from 16 December 2026.
Tuition may be paid in full or in four instalments. Instalment plans carry a 4% processing fee, which is included in the instalment amounts quoted to you. Instalments fall due on acceptance, on 1 February 2027, on 1 April 2027 and on 1 May 2027.
If an instalment is not paid when due, the instructor may suspend access to program materials until the account is brought current.
5. Recordings and access
Every lecture and every case-taking session is recorded and provided to you. You keep access to that library for as long as it is maintained.
Live attendance is strongly encouraged for the case-taking sessions, since their value is in participating rather than watching.
6. Course materials
All program materials, including recordings, written materials and case discussions, are provided for your personal professional development only. You may not copy, share, republish, resell or otherwise distribute them, and you may not share your access with anyone else.
Live case-taking sessions involve real patient cases. You agree to treat anything you learn about a patient in those sessions as confidential and not to discuss it outside the program.
7. Changes to the schedule
The instructor may adjust session dates, times or running order where necessary. Where a live session is moved or missed, the recording is provided.
8. Conduct
The program depends on a small group able to discuss difficult cases openly. The instructor may remove a student whose conduct materially disrupts that, or who breaches the confidentiality or materials terms above. Refunds in that circumstance are at the instructor's discretion.
9. Transfers
Early bird payments may be transferable to another student who meets the application requirements, at the instructor's discretion.

Educational Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
1. This is education, not care
The program is professional education only. It does not establish a supervisory relationship, and it does not substitute for the licensing or scope requirements that apply in your own jurisdiction.
Nothing in the program is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed provider.
2. No practitioner relationship
Enrolling does not make you a patient of the instructor, and it does not make the instructor responsible for any patient of yours. Cases discussed in the program, including live case-taking sessions, are discussed for teaching purposes. Any opinion offered about a case is educational commentary, not a clinical direction to you.
3. Your practice remains yours
You are solely responsible for your own practice: for the care you provide, for the decisions you make about your patients, and for practising within the law, the licensing requirements and the scope of practice that apply where you are.
You agree to seek your own professional, legal and insurance advice about how what you learn applies to your practice.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Homeopathy is a complementary approach to health. No particular clinical result, patient outcome, professional qualification, credential or business result is promised or implied by completing the program.
5. Assumption of risk and release
You accept that how you apply anything learned in the program is your own decision and your own responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the instructor and Heartwing Healing from any claim arising out of your use of, or reliance on, the program or its materials in your own practice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the instructor and Heartwing Healing in connection with the program is limited to the tuition you actually paid. Neither is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
Three
Refund Policy
Full refund less processing fees if you withdraw more than 30 days before the start date.
Within 30 days of the start, a 70% partial refund, or a credit toward services or a future course.
No refunds once the program begins, except in the case of a documented medical emergency, at the instructor's discretion.
Early bird payments may be transferable to a new student who meets the application requirements, at the instructor's discretion.
