Where the training stops

You were taught to take the case. Nobody taught you to take this one.

This program is the year of training that sits between knowing homeopathy works and being the practitioner people call once they have tried everything else.

Foundational homeopathy training prepares you for a person who can describe what is happening to them. It gives you physicals, it gives you constitutional prescribing, and it gives you posology.

Then a seven-year-old with PANS arrives. She has been on three rounds of antibiotics, two psychiatric medications and a gluten-free diet. Her mother has a binder filled with symptoms both past and current. The child will not look at you and cannot tell you where it hurts. Four diagnoses overlap in one small body and every symptom you note contradicts the previous remedy.

The rubrics stop lining up. Not because homeopathy has failed, and not because you were trained badly, but because this is a different kind of case and almost nobody teaches it.

You can read every materia medica on the shelf and still not know where to begin. That skill is not in the books. It is built by careful observation, and building your own intuitive skillset.

The curriculum

Five movements, taken in the direction a cure travels

The year is built the way Hering described cure itself: from within outward, from the deepest layer of the case to the surface. You start with the principles under pressure and end holding a real case in front of the room.

I

Foundations under pressure

Advanced posology, direction of cure, remedy families and miasms, applied to cases that do not follow traditional patterns. What potency and repetition actually do when the vital force is depleted, and how to read a case that is moving in the right direction of cure while not yet addressing the chief complaint.

II

The pediatric case

Case-taking when your patient cannot give you a case. Autism, non-speakers, PANS/PANDAS, OCD and anxiety. How to observe sensory behavior and interpret the parent's account as clinical data, and how to run an intake with a child who isn't physically present. Working with spellers and other unconventional communicators. Interpreting nuance in behavior and connecting it physiologically.

III

Moving Beyond Diagnosis

Practical strategy for the case with four labels on it. Which layer to prescribe on first, how to sequence, and how to hold a case through years of change, aggravation and plateau without losing the thread of what you are treating. Autism, ADHD, PANS/PANDAS, Lyme, autoimmunity, OCD, anxiety, bipolar disorder and the rest. The label does not describe the case. It merely provides direction in your case-taking.

IV

Beyond the remedy

Integrating herbal tinctures and targeted supplementation for case resolution. When support helps a case move, when it muddies your picture, and how to decide which one you are looking at.

V

Live case-taking

Twelve three-hour sessions running alongside the lectures across the full year. Real cases, taken live, with instructor feedback in the room. This is where the other four movements stop being theory.

What you will be able to do that you cannot do now

  • Take a full case from a child who cannot tell you anythingBuild a prescribable picture out of observation, behavior and a parent's account.
  • Choose potency and repetition with a reason you can defendNot by habit, and not by protocol.
  • Recognize direction of cure in a case that is movingAnd know, early, when a case is not moving at all.
  • Hold a complex case across yearsThrough aggravation, plateau and the months where nothing appears to happen.
  • Decide between a remedy, a tincture, or neitherAnd know why supporting a case sometimes obscures it.
  • Take the referrals other practitioners send onThe cases that arrive already having failed somewhere else.

Your instructor

Erin Paige, HHP

Erin established the first online forum for parents searching for non-traditional treatments for PANS/PANDAS in 2012, called Saving Our Pandas. At the time the conventional treatments were extremely invasive, cost prohibitive and only moderately successful. That search is the reason this program exists, and it is the reason the cases in it are the difficult ones.

When her own son experienced a dramatic improvement with homeopathy, Erin began to study homeopathy with the School of Intuitive Homeopathy and the Centre for Homeopathic Education to deepen her knowledge and treat her own child. In the process she discovered the PANS and autism communities were seriously lacking in knowledgeable homeopaths treating these devastating diagnoses, and in 2020 she officially opened her practice, Heartwing Healing.

She has acted as co-executive director for AutismOne, has authored Mind Over Fatter: The Secret to Thinking Yourself Thin, and has attended countless conferences including MAPS and AutismHealth Summit. She currently mentors emerging homeopaths across the globe through the RMDY Academy, and speaks with doctors, advocates and natural health pioneers on her podcast, The Remedy Revolution. Her newest book is set to release in the Fall of 2026.

Her practice, Heartwing Healing, specializes in neuroimmune conditions: PANS/PANDAS, autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, Lyme disease and vaccine injury. Everything taught in this program comes out of that caseload.

Every lecture and every case-taking session is recorded and provided. You keep lifetime access to the library.

Before you start

A free two-hour introductory lecture covering the fundamentals, required of every student before the program opens.

Cohort

Deliberately small and vetted through application, so live case sessions stay small enough to participate in.

Fully online. Sessions are delivered live on Zoom, with the full library hosted in your student portal.

Admission

This is a vetted program, and not for everyone

Every applicant is reviewed personally. There is no sales call. If the fit is not right this time, we are happy to consider you at a later date.

Built for

  • Homeopaths ready to move from acutes and constitutional work into complex chronic cases
  • Chiropractors, naturopaths, nurses, health coaches and Chinese medicine practitioners expanding scope
  • Medical doctors looking to utilize homeopathy and functional techniques within their practices
  • Practitioners already seeing pediatric or neuroimmune cases who feel out of depth in them
  • New graduates who want a year of supervised case exposure before practicing alone

Not built for

  • Parents seeking care for their own child. Book a consultation instead
  • Anyone with no foundational training in homeopathy or a parallel discipline
  • Practitioners looking for protocols rather than case-taking skill
  • Anyone who cannot commit to a full year of live afternoon sessions

If your training did not include homeopathy, you may still be accepted on the condition that you complete parallel coursework in homeopathic history, posology, miasms and acute prescribing alongside the first months of the program.

Questions

Before you apply

Who is this program for?

Practitioners who have completed foundational training in homeopathy or a parallel discipline: naturopathy, nursing, health coaching, Chinese medicine or equivalent. If your training did not require homeopathic education, you may complete simultaneous coursework in homeopathic history, posology, miasms and acute prescribing.

When does the course begin and end?

The program begins in March 2027 and runs through the end of that year. Erin remains available for limited office hours to take questions through February 2028.

What are the dates and times of the sessions?

Sessions are held on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Because the cohort is international, the schedule was built to accommodate the widest possible range of time zones, so most live lectures and case-taking sessions fall between 3:00 and 6:00 PM CST.

What if I cannot attend live?

Every session is recorded and provided to you, and you keep lifetime access. Live attendance is strongly encouraged for the case-taking sessions, since the value there is in participating rather than watching.

Is this medical advice or clinical supervision?

No. This is professional education only. It does not establish a supervisory relationship and it does not substitute for the licensing or scope requirements that apply in your own jurisdiction.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Tuition can be paid in four installments with a 4% processing fee. Enrolling before December 15 that is four payments of $1,430, and after December 15 it is four payments of $1,818.70. The first is due on acceptance, the second before the program begins in March 2027, the third on April 1 2027 and the fourth on May 1 2027.

Does acceptance hold my place?

No. Places are limited and your seat is confirmed only once payment is received. Accepted applicants are given a window to enroll, after which the place is released to the next applicant.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund less processing fees if you withdraw more than 30 days before the start date. Within 30 days of the start, a 70% partial refund or a credit toward services or a future course. No refunds once the program begins, except in the case of a documented medical emergency at the instructor's discretion. Early bird payments may be transferable to a new student who meets the application requirements, at the instructor's discretion.

How many people will be in the cohort?

Space is deliberately limited so that live case-taking sessions stay small enough for every student to participate. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive.
